What happens if we miss the driver at our hotel lobby?
Our driver will generally wait about 5 minutes for each party at the lobby of your hotel. If you missed him, we advise you to call the office so they can give you the next stop and you can catch a taxi there.

If there is only light rain, we will proceed with the tour as planned. Safety is always our top priority. However, in the event of inclement weather, our tour guide will assess the conditions on-site. If necessary, the tour may be rescheduled to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
