General

We offer three options: the Beginner Friendly Horseback Ride and Swim, the Sunset Horseback Ride and Swim, and the Private Horseback Ride and Swim. All tours are approximately 1 hour and take place in Blue Hills, Providenciales.
We operate Sunday through Friday. We are closed on Saturdays.
All tours depart from Blue Hills, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. The ride starts directly on the beach — no trail rides.
Our tours are available in English and Spanish.
Yes, riding lessons are available for participants of all ages, including children. Our experienced instructors tailor lessons to the skill level of each rider.
Absolutely! Our safari tours are designed to be family-friendly, offering an exciting and educational experience for participants of all ages. Kids younger than 4 years old are only allowed on the Safari tour.

The Experience

No swimming is involved during the tour. Approximately 90% of the ride takes place in the ocean, but the water level does not go higher than knee-deep.
No. Our horses do not swim. The tours take place in the ocean, but only in shallow water.
Cantering and galloping are not available on the Beginner or Sunset tours. If you would like to canter, please book the Private Horseback Ride and Swim.
No. Double riding is not permitted on any of our tours.
You may have the chance to spot sea turtles (subject to nature and visibility), enjoy breathtaking views of the turquoise waters, and take photos with your group. The tour begins directly on the beach, and within one minute you will be riding in the ocean.
No experience is required. Our guide will provide a thorough safety briefing before the tour. In fact, 80% of our riders are first-timers!

Requirements & Restrictions

Yes. The maximum weight limit is 220 lbs. Guests who exceed this limit are not permitted to participate in any of our horseback riding tours.
Children must be at least 7 years old to participate.
Helmets are optional for guests 18 and older. They are required for children under 18 unless the parent or guardian states otherwise.
No. Riding under the influence of alcohol or drugs is strictly prohibited. If our guides determine that a guest is under the influence, the experience will be cut short with no refund.

What to Bring

Wear comfortable clothes you don't mind getting wet. We recommend closed-toe shoes or aqua shoes, and a tight-fitting hat or cap. Bring sunscreen and any personal medication you may need.
No, we do not have lockers available. Please pack light and keep your belongings with you at all times.

Logistics & Booking

Yes, transportation is available for selected hotels and resorts. Our reservation team will confirm pick-up details one day before your tour. Please wait at your hotel or resort lobby at the designated time.
Please arrive 15 to 20 minutes before your scheduled tour time and notify our reservations team once you are at the location.
All tours must be booked at least 2 hours before the tour time.
We proceed with light rain. In the event of inclement weather, the tour guide will assess conditions on-site and reschedule if necessary. Your safety is always our top priority.
To some extent – yes. Sometimes we will have to because the weather isn't always ideal and we want to stay in shallow, calm waters to keep the trip enjoyable. Changes are also dependent on our cancellation policy and availability.
Yes! You can combine horseback riding with jet ski tours and other experiences for a full-day adventure. Contact us to build a custom package.

Cancellation & Refunds

Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the tour are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 24 hours of the tour are non-refundable. Please note that booking fees, taxes, and processing charges are non-refundable in all cases.
