We offer a variety of tours and rentals, including but not limited to jet ski snorkeling, horseback riding, and villa rentals. By booking a service, you acknowledge and agree to the nature of these services.
Bookings and Reservations
Reservations for tours and rentals can be made online or via our customer support. All bookings require a valid payment method and are subject to availability.
Payment and Cancellations
Payment is required at the time of booking.
- 24 hours before the tour or more: Full refund
- 24 hours or less: No refund
- Refunds apply to the tour amount only. Booking fees, taxes, and processing charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations must be made in accordance with these timelines to receive the appropriate refund. No-shows and late cancellations may incur a charge.
Liability Waiver
By participating in any tour or rental, you agree to waive any claims against Unique Tours and Rentals for injuries, damages, or losses sustained during the activity, except where prohibited by law.
Use of Website
You are permitted to use the website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to engage in any activities that may harm, disable, or overburden the website.
Changes to Terms
Unique Tours and Rentals reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and the effective date will be updated accordingly.

SMS Messaging Service
By providing your phone number, you consent to receive SMS text messages from Unique Tours and Rentals for appointment reminders, booking confirmations, tour availability updates, consent forms, scheduling, and general two-way communication about our tours and rental services. Message and data rates may apply.
Message Frequency
You will receive more than one message from us unless you opt out. Message frequency varies depending on the number of tours and rentals you schedule, but you will likely receive up to 10 messages per month. Unique Tours and Rentals reserves the right to alter the frequency of messages at any time. Unique Tours and Rentals and carriers are not liable for delays or undelivered messages.

Message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier's terms. These fees may vary if the message is sent domestically or internationally.
Cancellation / Opt-Out Instructions
You can opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message we send you. After you opt out of text messaging, you will receive one additional message confirming your request has been processed.
