Most beginner and novice level riders are capable of walking and trotting for brief periods. We ride in a single file and most of the ride is in the ocean which makes the tour safer and more enjoyable for all riders. Fun fact: 80% of our riders are beginners.

No. Our horses do not swim. The tours take place in the ocean, but only in shallow water.

Helmets are optional for anyone 18 and over. They are required for children under 18 unless the guardian says otherwise.

Please wear comfortable clothes that you do not mind getting wet, closed toe shoes or aqua shoes (recommended), and a tight fitting hat or cap that will not blow off your head. Bring sunscreen, medication if you require, a good sense of humour and a positive attitude. And do not forget to bring a tip for your friendly guides. Please pack light and keep your belongings with you at all times.

Yes, our maximum weight limit is 220 lbs.

Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time for your tour. Please notify the reservation if you are at the location so that she can inform the tour guide.

It is not allowed to ride under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Booking is non-refundable if our guides assess that you are under the influence, your experience will be cut short, and you will be sent to your hotel.

If there is only light rain, we will proceed with the tour as planned. Safety is always our top priority. However, in the event of inclement weather, our tour guide will assess the conditions on-site. If necessary, the tour may be rescheduled to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.

No prior experience is required. While we do not provide formal riding training, our lead tour guide will give you a thorough safety briefing and instructions before the tour, including what to do and what not to do to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.

Yes! You can combine multiple experiences such as horseback riding, jet ski tours, and safari tours for a full-day adventure. Contact us to create a custom package.

Our reservation team will reach out with the details one day before your tour date. Please wait at the hotel or resort lobby at the designated time. The pick-up time provided is only an estimate, as the driver may need to stop and collect other guests along the way. In some cases, pick-up may occur earlier than scheduled due to traffic conditions. Kindly note that the tour will only commence once all guests who requested pick-up have been collected.

We offer three options: the Beginner Friendly Horseback Ride and Swim, the Sunset Horseback Ride and Swim, and the Private Horseback Ride and Swim. All tours are approximately 1 hour and take place in Blue Hills, Providenciales.

We operate Sunday through Friday. We are closed on Saturdays.

All tours depart from Blue Hills, Providenciales, Turks and Caicos. The ride starts directly on the beach — no trail rides.

Our tours are available in English and Spanish.

No swimming is involved during the tour. Approximately 90% of the ride takes place in the ocean, but the water level does not go higher than knee-deep.

Cantering and galloping are not available on the Beginner or Sunset tours. If you would like to canter, please book the Private Horseback Ride and Swim.

No. Double riding is not permitted on any of our tours.

You may have the chance to spot sea turtles (subject to nature and visibility), enjoy breathtaking views of the turquoise waters, and take photos with your group. The tour begins directly on the beach, and within one minute you will be riding in the ocean.

Children must be at least 7 years old to participate.
