Our horses are well-trained to safely accommodate children ages 7 and up. The ride goes in the water but no higher than knee deep.

01I am a advanced/novice rider, what will I get to do on the ride?
Most advanced and novice level riders are capable of walking and trotting for brief periods with our private ride option, due to most riders been beginners We ride in a single file in the ocean which makes the tour safer and more enjoyable for all riders. Fun fact: 80% of our riders are beginners.
02Will my horse swim?
Yes, only on a Private Tour.
03Do I have to wear a helmet?
Helmets are optional for anyone 18 and over. They are required for children under 18 unless the guardian says otherwise.
04What should I bring?
Just a positive attitude :)
05Is there a weight limit?
Yes, our maximum weight limit is 220 lbs.
06I have my own car, what time should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time for your tour. Please notify the reservation if you are at the location so that she can inform the tour guide.
07Can I ride while intoxicated?
It is not allowed to ride under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Booking is non-refundable if our guides assess that you are under the influence, your experience will be cut short, and you will be sent to your hotel.
08What happens in case of bad weather?
If there is only light rain, we will proceed with the tour as planned. Safety is always our top priority. However, in the event of inclement weather, our tour guide will assess the conditions on-site. If necessary, the tour may be rescheduled to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
09Do I need prior riding experience?
No prior experience is required. While we do not provide formal riding training, our lead tour guide will give you a thorough safety briefing and instructions before the tour, including what to do and what not to do to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
10Can we combine tours for a full-day adventure?
Yes! You can combine multiple experiences such as horseback riding, jet ski tours, and safari tours for a full-day adventure. Contact us to create a custom package.
11What time is the pick-up?
Our reservation team will reach out with the details one day before your tour date. Please wait at the hotel or resort lobby at the designated time. The pick-up time provided is only an estimate, as the driver may need to stop and collect other guests along the way. In some cases, pick-up may occur earlier than scheduled due to traffic conditions. Kindly note that the tour will only commence once all guests who requested pick-up have been collected.

I had an amazing horseback riding experience! I was a little nervous at first, but my instructor stayed by my side the entire ride and made me feel safe and comfortable. He was incredibly patient, encouraging, and even took pictures for me, which made the experience even more memorable. The horses were beautiful, gentle, and very well-trained. I wish I had the chance to thank my instructor personally, but it was busy and he already had another group waiting. If you’re visiting Turks and Caicos, I highly recommend this horseback riding experience. It was truly one of the highlights of my trip!

We loved our horseback riding adve ture with Unique Tours. Their tour guides was so helpful and kind. Such a cool way to spend some time in the water. The horses were well trained and the tour guides explained everything to us so thoroughly, made the children (and adults!!) feel so comfortable the whole way through. 100% recommend Unique Tours

We did a beginner morning ride. Amazing experience riding in the water! The staff was courteous and the horses seemed well cared for. Meeting point was at the beach and they bring the horses to you.

An absolute dream! Group pricing with a private tour vibe! 🌴🐎Riding horses through the stunning turquoise waters with Unique Tours and Rentals was the ultimate highlight of our Turks and Caicos vacation!We originally booked a standard group ride, but we lucked out completely and ended up being the only people on the tour. It felt like a premium, private VIP excursion. Our guide, Fareck, was absolutely phenomenal. From the very beginning, he was incredibly welcoming, patient, and professional, making sure we felt completely safe and comfortable.The horses, Angel and #1, were wonderful, calm, and so well-trained. You can truly see how well the staff cares for their animals. Wading waist-deep into the crystal-clear ocean on horseback was a magical, surreal experience that we will never forget. Fareck also went out of his way to take incredible photos and videos of us using his phone (did not bring my own) so we could just live in the moment.Everything from the booking with Judith @theshoreclub down to the post-ride refreshments was seamless.
