I am a advanced/novice rider, what will I get to do on the ride?
Most advanced and novice level riders are capable of walking and trotting for brief periods with our private ride option, due to most riders been beginners We ride in a single file in the ocean which makes the tour safer and more enjoyable for all riders. Fun fact: 80% of our riders are beginners.
Will my horse swim?
Yes, only on a Private Tour.
Do I have to wear a helmet?
Helmets are optional for anyone 18 and over. They are required for children under 18 unless the guardian says otherwise.
What should I bring?
Just a positive attitude :)
Is there a weight limit?
Yes, our maximum weight limit is 220 lbs.
I have my own car, what time should I arrive?
Please arrive 30 minutes before the scheduled time for your tour. Please notify the reservation if you are at the location so that she can inform the tour guide.
Can I ride while intoxicated?
It is not allowed to ride under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs. Booking is non-refundable if our guides assess that you are under the influence, your experience will be cut short, and you will be sent to your hotel.
What happens in case of bad weather?
If there is only light rain, we will proceed with the tour as planned. Safety is always our top priority. However, in the event of inclement weather, our tour guide will assess the conditions on-site. If necessary, the tour may be rescheduled to ensure the safety and enjoyment of all participants.
Do I need prior riding experience?
No prior experience is required. While we do not provide formal riding training, our lead tour guide will give you a thorough safety briefing and instructions before the tour, including what to do and what not to do to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience.
Can we combine tours for a full-day adventure?
Yes! You can combine multiple experiences such as horseback riding, jet ski tours, and safari tours for a full-day adventure. Contact us to create a custom package.
